Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at an automotive facility near the I-75 corridor in Auburn Hills. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping workplaces sage and well-maintained.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and consistently completes assigned cleaning duties to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial cleaning throughout assigned areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
- Vacuum carpeted areas and clean hard-surface floors
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout the facility
Requirements
- Must be comfortable cleaning restrooms
- Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
- Must be willing to operate an automatic floor scrubber
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks
Pay: $15 - $16 per hour
