Job Skills / Requirements

Janitorial Operations Manager

Promotes a TEAM environment

Ensures all contracts are completed as outlined

Hires & trains new employees according to company's procedures & best practices

Resolves customer & employee issues in an efficient & timely manner

Implements company goals & motivates team to achieve performance objectives

Responsible for cleanliness of company vehicle

Supports Area Supervisors & the chain of command

Standard Salary + Commission based on territory size
