Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a professional office building near the South Main Street corridor in Royal Oak. This part-time position works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week, making it a great fit for someone looking for a consistent three-day schedule.

If you take pride in seeing the results of your work and enjoy helping keep a professional environment clean and comfortable, this could be a great fit. We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing assigned cleaning responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors

Requirements

• Must be comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
• Must be comfortable working independently and alone
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Pay: $16.50 per hour
