Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a professional office complex near the Northwestern Highway corridor in Farmington Hills. If you take pride in seeing the results of your work and enjoy helping keep a workplace clean and professional, this could be a great fit.

This position focuses on routine office cleaning with an emphasis on trash removal, vacuuming, and dusting. We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and can consistently maintain assigned areas to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Dust desks, furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Wipe and clean high-touch surfaces as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout assigned areas

Requirements

• Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour
