Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a healthcare facility near the West 13 Mile Road corridor in Madison Heights. This part-time position works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only, making it a great fit for someone looking for a consistent three-day workweek.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and consistently completes assigned cleaning duties to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas and clean hard-surface floors
• Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout assigned areas

Requirements

• Must be comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning and facility safety procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Pay: $16 per hour
