Senior Sanitation Lead (High-Altitude)

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Weekends & Overtime Required

Pay: $31.50-$34.50/hour

Location: Zeeland, MI

Enviro-Clean Services is seeking safety-focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our Deep Clean Team at Mead Johnson’s Zeeland facility. This role combines hands-on high-altitude sanitation work with team leadership responsibilities, supporting critical hygiene standards in a regulated production environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of ceilings, walls, pipes, ducts, and fixtures 25-60 feet high
• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other specialized equipment
• Lead and support a team, ensuring work is completed with GMP safety and compliance
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with sanitation and FDA standards
• Assist with timekeeping, timesheets, and daily reporting
• Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and communication
• Follow all OSHA and FDA regulations, and proper chemical handling procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, or FDA regulated environments preferred
• Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet using proper safety equipment
• Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SOP’s or GMP’s in a food grade facility strongly preferred
