Onsite Living & Availability

This position includes rent-free onsite living quarters and requires the selected candidate to reside on the property as part of the role.

Due to the nature of the position, the employee will serve as the primary onsite contact for facility-related needs and must be available for after-hours and weekend calls as needed. No pets are permitted in the onsite living quarters.

General Labor / Cleaner Responsibilities

• Event setup and tear-down
• Lawn mowing and grounds work
• Light-duty maintenance
• Snow removal
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Trash removal
• Restroom cleaning
• First Responder certification (within 30 days of hire if not already certified)
• General computer skills
