Position: Bilingual Assistant Manager at Holland Public Schools
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Train and support new and existing team members
• Ensure top-quality work by assessing cleaning standards
• Coordinate staffing needs to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead by example with a positive, can-do attitude
• Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
