Sanitation Team Member- Climbing Required
Location: Zeeland, MI
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | $25.00/hour | Weekends & Overtime Required

Join Enviro-Clean, working onsite at Reckitt, home to some of the world’s most trusted health, hygiene, and nutrition brands. We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our deep clean team and help maintain high standards in a fast-paced facility environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform thorough deep cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Work closely with your team to complete cleaning projects efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company and facility standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a clean facility
• Understanding of 2-step cleaning processes and procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
• Ability to climb walls up to 60 feet while wearing OSHA approved safety equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
