As an SMFM Area Manager, you will be assigned building(s) and employees to supervise. At any time that sufficient employees are not present to perform work, you will be required to accomplish any tasks the absent worker may have been assigned to accomplish. However, the needs of the company may also dictate that you perform other tasks. These are the principal ongoing responsibilities that are necessary to accomplish the purpose of the job. The tasks may vary depending on the assigned building(s).
