ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance is recruiting temporary Independent Contractors to support Environmental Services operations during the 2026 FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind.

This is an excellent opportunity to work behind the scenes at one of Memphis' premier sporting events while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for players, guests, sponsors, volunteers, and tournament staff.

Assignment Details

·         Temporary Independent Contractor assignment

·         Tournament support dates: August 11-16, 2026

·         $15.00 per hour

·         Outdoor work in various weather conditions

·         Daytime shifts

·         Training and contractor paperwork completed prior to the tournament

Responsibilities

·         Remove bagged trash from designated collection points.

·         Empty waste containers.

·         Maintain hospitality venues and common areas.

·         Respond to spills and general cleaning requests.

·         Perform other event-related cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Must be at least 18 years old.

·         Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods.

·         Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.

·         Must be dependable and punctual.

·         Must attend one contractor sign-up/orientation session before the tournament.

Important

This is a temporary Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity and is not a regular employee position with ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance.

Selected applicants will complete contractor paperwork during one of several scheduled sign-up events before the tournament.
