Primary Responsibilities:

• Step in to cover shifts on short notice when operational needs arise.
• Conduct patrols and remain alert to any safety or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents with professionalism, focusing on de-escalation when needed.
• Provide assistance and direction to tenants, guests, and staff.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Maintain strong communication with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders.
• Ensure all assigned tools and equipment are functioning and properly handled.

Candidate Profile:

• Must be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer service.
• Clear communicator with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Security background preferred but not required.
• Dependable, on time, and maintains a professional image at all times.
