Position Overview

We are seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, tenants, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties and monitor for suspicious activity
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter criminal activity and policy violations
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, guests, and employees
• Observe and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• Follow all company policies and post orders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous security, military, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license preferred
