Branch Field Training Officer (Overnight Operations) – Houston, TX
We’re not looking for someone to just fill a post.We’re looking for someone to raise the standard.
We are seeking a high-performing, professional Branch Field Training Officer to support and elevate multiple sites across the Houston area during overnight operations. This is a leadership-track role designed for individuals who take pride in developing others, owning their environment, and operating with a high level of accountability.

What You’ll Do
You won’t just “check boxes”—you’ll shape performance in the field.
- Lead onboarding and field training for new security officers
- Conduct site visits, audits, and performance evaluations with a solutions-focused mindset
- Set and reinforce expectations around professionalism, reporting, and client interaction
- Support supervisors and respond to real-time operational challenges
- Step into the field when needed—patrol, access control, and camera monitoring
- Ensure continuity of service by supporting shift coverage when required
- Handle minor operational needs (vehicle/golf cart readiness, basic maintenance like tire changes)

What We’re Looking For
- Prior security experience required
- Field Training Officer (FTO) or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, correct, and develop others
- High attention to detail—especially in reporting and compliance
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
Requirements:
- Minimum age 25 (company vehicle insurance requirement)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and adapt to operational needs
- Must meet background and fit-for-duty standards

This is a Full-Time position 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
Travel is not required
