Pay Rate: $16-$17 Depending on Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Security FLEX Officer to join our team. The Security Flex Officer will provide security coverage at various client sites as needed. This position requires someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in different environments and adapting to new procedures quickly.

Requirements:

• Must be available 24/7 - ON CALL
• MUST have 1 year MINIMUM of security experience
• MUST have a valid drivers license
• MUST have a GED or High school diploma or equivalent
• MUST reside within 20 miles of corporate office - 77079
• Must have a valid Security License
• Professional appearance and demeanor - NO NECK, FACE OR BELOW THE WRIST TATTOS
• Reliable transportation and ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide site coverage with little notice
• Patrol premises and respond to incidents
• Monitor access control and ensure client safety
• Write accurate reports and follow post orders
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
