Job Summary:   

    

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This role supports daily warehouse activities by performing preventative maintenance and responding to equipment and facility issues in a timely manner.   

    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

• Coordinates daily activities of workers engaged in receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, transporting, materials handling, order filling, and maintaining stock in a warehouse.   

• Reviews shipping equipment and products to office throughout the country, and other areas.   

• Oversees equipment in the warehouse, Maintain inventory records, and distribution of materials.   

• Repairs vacuums, wet/dry vacuum machines, auto- scrubbers, and low-speed floor machines/buffers.   

• Proficient in using hand tools and examines parts of defects.   

    

Qualifications   

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.   

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred.   

• Clean driving record-No tickets, accidents within 3 years   

• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements   

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.   

• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature changes, noise, and heights.   

• Manual dexterity required for tools and repair work.   

Schedule and Availability   

• May require flexible scheduling, including weekends, or on-call availability, depending on operational needs. May have to drive out- town to retrieve or deliver equipment.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends.
