Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join our team. This hands-on role supports the operational needs of our facility by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with equipment setup, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for operational processes.
  • Monitor and inspect systems for issues and report findings.
  • Support team members in daily tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Follow safety protocols and participate in training sessions.
  • Maintain landscaping, lighting, and basic plumbing or HVAC systems.
  • Keep accurate records of completed work orders.


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience with landscaping and willingness to work in outdoor environments

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a utility or maintenance role.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and mechanical systems.
  • Forklift certification or ability to operate maintenance tools.


Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Basic computer skills for work order tracking.
