Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $12.69 hourly. Will perform day-to-day customer service objectives and passenger trip reservations in a professional and compassionate manner. Will assist in the operations of GRITS, program development, and writing in this field. Must be detail orientated, able to multi-task in a fast paced office environment, and have general knowledge of computer applications. Experience with use of multi-line phone, data-entry, and communication skills preferred. Familiarity with Owensboro and surrounding counties preferred. Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing required. Working 37.5 hours per week.
A high School diploma or GED is required. An associate degree with one year of experience in a transportation related area is preferred.
