Starting salary: $99,216.00 annually. Will provide operations support to program directors in each department. Will develop and implement a system of priorities among projects, activities, and processes to support strategic directions in servicing low-income people within our communities. Will maintain key collaboration with all agency programs to ensure maximum feasible participation of clients, and will seek out, identify, and work towards eliminating the causes of poverty within the community. Will establish priorities, develop and manage budgets, and accept and complete future commitments. 

A bachelor's degree in social services, human services, business management or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in fiscal and program management is required. A master's degree is preferred. Must enroll to become a Certified Community Action Professional with three years of employment and obtain the certification within the allotted three years.
