Starting wages: $14.26 hourly. Lincolnshire Apartments. Will assist with keeping the apartment complex in a clean and orderly condition. Will complete all forms of maintenance activities, including but not limited to furnace repairs, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical issues. Will notify supervisor or management concerning the need for major repairs. May reside on the property. Will  promote the agency mission and demonstrate agency values in job performance. Working 40 hours per week. 

Experience in some form of construction or the housing industry is required. Certification and/or training in carpentry and/or general maintenance is preferred.
