Starting wages: $13.17 - $25.36 hourly. New Horizon Head Start. Will work with parents and infants/toddlers in a home environment. Will collaborate with parents to plan and implement educational activities weekly for infants/toddlers. Will be responsible for educating and assisting parents with child health requirements and providing family support services. Working 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, 260 days per year. Travel within assigned county is required.
An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and a valid Family Services credential is required. Credential must be obtained within 18 months of employment. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. -or- An Associate degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field and a valid Home Visitor CDA credential is required.
