Job Skills / Requirements

Starting salary: $43,914.00 annually. Will coordinate and manage operations of administrative support staff and ensure they have the resources needed to carry out administrative services in an effective and efficient manner. Will process timesheets, calculate and process salary increments, adhere to agency financial procedures, and assist in monitoring assigned budgets. Will ensure that employment personnel policies for Head Start comply with agency guidelines. Must possess and maintain the necessary skill level in technology systems and software to perform job duties. 

A Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business, or a related field is required.
