Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $12.78 - $24.61 hourly. Will work with parents and infants/toddlers in a home environment. Will collaborate with parents to plan and implement educational activities weekly for infants/toddlers. Will be responsible for educating and assisting parents with child health requirements and providing family support services. Working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 260 days per year. Travel within assigned county required.
An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and a valid Family Services credential is required. Credential must be obtained within 18 months of employment. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. -or- An Associate degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field and a valid Home Visitor CDA credential is required.
