Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities and Expectations
This position is responsible for, but not limited to:
Create a range of concepts and designs for each project and be able to partner with copywriters to ensure the art direction and visual presentation supports the concept
Work on a broad spectrum of projects – traditional print, digital, branding and more, even under tight deadlines
Communicate designs, concepts and storyboards through presentations to secure client approval of recommended approaches
Inspire a team of designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients
Provide effective video and photo direction
Collaborate with a variety of teams (digital, CGI, video, UX/UI and photography)
Act as brand steward by continually learning about the brands and industry trends and staying informed on clients’ products/services/marketing developments and client’s competitors
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you have to be able to design a logo, a 24-page brochure layout, social content and direct a photo shoot all in the same week
Exceptional Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch and Powerpoint/Keynote skills
Highly driven, positive, confident and energetic
Strong time-management skills
Proven team player
3-5 years’ experience as a copywriter (agency experience strongly preferred)
BA or equivalent experience
B2B marketing experience a plus
Social media experience a plus
Candidate must be open to travel
