With over 60 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor.

Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a schedule of 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms and breakroom areas.
• Sanitizing tables, microwaves, and other common areas.
• Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling.
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard-surface floors.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, able to work independently after training, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation is required, as the location is not accessible by public transportation.
• Free on-site parking is available.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes as required.
• Ability to work independently after completing training.
• Must be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Dust and clean desks, cabinet tops, partitions, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport materials to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep and wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Vacuum carpets and floors using upright or backpack vacuums.
• Perform carpet spot cleaning as needed.
• Clean interior glass surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restroom fixtures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms and ensure supplies are fully stocked.
• Clean and maintain breakroom areas, including wiping tables and restocking condiments.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties or work in other assigned areas as directed by management or based on customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift while performing assigned duties.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift, carry, reach, and extend arms above shoulder level.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
