Job Skills / Requirements

Allstate Security is hiring Event Security Officers for temporary assignments at concerts and special events throughout the Los Angeles area. Help create a safe, welcoming experience for guests through attentive security coverage, clear communication, and professional customer service.

Pay & Assignment Details

• Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour.
• Employment type: Temporary / Seasonal, event-based assignments.
• Schedules and work locations vary by event. Availability may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Specific event locations, shift times, and assignment details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bag checks and entry screening according to event procedures.
• Monitor assigned areas, entrances, and access points.
• Support crowd control and assist guests with courteous directions.
• Provide VIP escorts when assigned.
• Follow site post orders and event security procedures.
• Report safety concerns and respond calmly and professionally to incidents.
• Coordinate with event supervisors and the security team.

Qualifications

• Active California BSIS Guard Card.
• Availability for event assignments and reliable transportation to assigned locations in the Los Angeles area.
• Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and prepare written reports.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and Guard Card verification.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
