Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

Allstate Security is hiring Armed Field Supervisors to support officers and oversee field operations across assigned client sites in the San Diego area. Bring your security experience, sound judgment, and leadership skills to a role focused on coaching officers, resolving operational issues, and delivering professional service.

Pay & Location

• Pay: $24.00 per hour for each assignment listed below.
• Office: 9845 Erma Rd #300, San Diego, CA 92131.
• Field-based work with regular travel between assigned client sites.
• Reports to Cesar Nunez.

Available Assignments

These are separate openings for the same Armed Field Supervisor role. Choose the assignment or assignments you would like to be considered for in the application questions.

• Swing shift — Full-time: Exact workdays and shift times will be confirmed during the hiring process.
• Graveyard shift — Full-time: Exact workdays and shift times will be confirmed during the hiring process.
• North assignment — Part-time weekend graveyard: Saturday 10:00 PM–Sunday 6:00 AM and Sunday 10:00 PM–Monday 6:00 AM; 16 scheduled hours per week.
• South assignment — Part-time weekend graveyard: Saturday 9:30 PM–Sunday 5:30 AM and Sunday 9:30 PM–Monday 5:30 AM; 16 scheduled hours per week.

Overnight shifts are listed by their start day. North and South identify field assignments; assigned sites will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers across assigned client locations.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with post orders, company policies, and uniform standards.
• Respond professionally to incidents, client concerns, and operational needs.
• Coach officers, evaluate performance, and document inspections and corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and emergency shift coverage.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Recruiting on staffing and performance.

Training & Team Support

• Support onboarding, field training, and new employee orientation.
• Review site procedures and post orders with officers.
• Provide performance coaching and remedial training when needed.
• Maintain accurate training records and promote safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Help officers maintain compliance with BSIS requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Active California BSIS Guard Card and valid, active armed permit.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between client sites and work independently.
• Availability for the assignment selected in your application.

Preferred Experience

• Previous security supervisory experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent driving throughout the assigned service area.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
