Not every officer is built for this. Every site. Every shift. One officer they can count on.

Cerasus is rebuilding the Flex Officer role from the ground up, and it's never been done this way here before. The Flex Officer is the linchpin of our operation. When a post needs coverage, you're the answer. When a client needs confidence, you deliver it. And when something changes at the last minute, you're already on your way.

This is not a one-post job. You'll work across our sites in downtown Indianapolis and surrounding cities as needed. You'll learn each building's rules fast and carry the Cerasus standard wherever you go. You start as a Flex Officer now, and we develop you into leadership.

We're not looking for someone who expects the title. We're looking for someone ready to earn it.

What You'll Own

• Coverage: you go where the gap is, and the post never goes uncovered.
• Many posts, one standard: each building has its own rules and procedures. You learn them quickly and run each post like a regular.
• Last-minute changes: when the plan changes, you adapt without missing a beat.
• Client confidence: every client you meet trusts Cerasus more at the end of your shift than at the start.
• Presence: positive, accountable and professional. You're the officer others look to on every shift, day or night.

Where This Goes

Every site is a lesson in leadership, and you'll treat it that way. You start hourly at $22.00 per hour. As you prove yourself, you have the opportunity to earn a salaried position as an added benefit.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven security experience (required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Willingness to travel to sites across Indianapolis and surrounding cities as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Cerasus will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
