Job Summary
KleenMark’s recruitment department operates with in-house recruiters that are specialized members who focus on researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and hire talent that meets the needs of specific industries such as healthcare and education.

Essential Job Functions:
- Works through all phases of the recruitment process with the new hires.
- Collaborates with Account Managers to identify detailed and accurate skills, experience and hiring criteria.
- In charge of job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; and follows recruitment processes and best practices.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers when required.
- Collaborates with the Account Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Provides quality company orientation upon hiring an individual.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls through the office switchboard.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Participates on purposeful visits to client locations from recruitment standpoint.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Have a great attitude and provide an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Report to work on time and works overtime as required and if required to travel for business: maintains a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment or HR systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. (Preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. (Required)
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Travel Requirement:
- Up to 30% of the time for recruiting activities and company functions.
