Join Prosegur as a Protective Response Specialist supporting a dynamic corporate high-rise environment. In this pivotal role, you'll safeguard our client's people, facilities, and assets while leading with empathy, compassion, and a confident command presence. You'll balance strong procedural execution with a service-first mindset—protecting what matters while creating a welcoming, inclusive experience for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Security: Oversee and enforce access control, visitor management, and employee identification procedures to maintain a secure and professional environment within the client corporate premises.
- Incident Response: Monitor security systems and promptly respond to security breaches, alarms, or other incidents. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective incident resolution.
- Security Procedures: Implement and adhere to established security policies, procedures, and guidelines, including emergency response plans, evacuation protocols, and crisis management procedures.
- Surveillance and Monitoring: Operate and monitor security surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarms. Review footage, reports, and logs to identify potential risks and maintain situational awareness.
- Access Control: Manage and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring authorized entry and preventing unauthorized access.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Facilities, HR, Legal, and IT to align and integrate security measures within the client's overall corporate strategy.
- Training and Awareness: Support and participate in employee security awareness programs, promoting best practices in safety, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and other corporate security requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports summarizing security activities, incidents, and proactive measures to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Professionalism: Represent Prosegur and the client with professionalism, maintaining a courteous demeanor and delivering concierge-level service to employees and visitors.
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in law enforcement or military service.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test prior to hiring.
Preferred Core Competencies (Demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing)
- Proven experience providing concierge-level security services.
- Experience in Executive Protection.
- Possession of all applicable state and local licenses or permits.
- Current CPR/AED, Stop the Bleed, and basic lifesaving certifications.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and electronic (radio, cellphone, email, and text).
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
