Job Skills / Requirements

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Availability: Must be available on-call for weekends, as this is a supervisory position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly security rounds throughout the assigned facility.
• Closely monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Verify identification and check in guests, employees, contractors, and other visitors at the main entrance.
• Communicate professionally and appropriately with internal employees.
• Escort verified guests when necessary.
• Enforce all rules and regulations established by the client and applicable state requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional, presentable, and polite demeanor.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests entering the facility.

Basic Skills & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and enforce rules and regulations.
• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for varying periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
