Job Skills / Requirements
The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Security Officers at an assigned account. Supervisory duties include ensuring proper employee performance by adhering to company and client policies and procedures, training employees and scheduling officers to ensure proper security is maintained at the client site according to client contract needs.
In this role, you will:
? Directly supervise Security Officers at assigned account.
? Assist with the preparation and communication of post orders for the assigned site.
? Act as liaison between assigned client and the branch office.
? Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints.
? Communicate with General or Operations Manager on regular basis.
? Oversee training of all new Security Officers at assigned account.
? Maintain, review and distribute required reports and records.
? Conduct regular security post checks at the assigned account.
? Maintain a positive work atmosphere
? Train each new hire and current staff as needed and continually mentor staff in order to assist in the successful performance of your direct report(s).
? As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
What you’ll need:
? High School Diploma or G.E.D
? One - Three years supervisory and/or security experience and/or training
? A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
? Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the State in which the branch operates.
? Basic computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Internet skills required.
? Must have experience in writing reports and correspondence.
? Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
? Must be able to effectively work with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
? Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties on all shifts and the site(s) supervised.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 3rd Shift.
Travel is required four nights a week
