Per Mar Security Services is seeking an EXPERIENCED Security Officers to join our expanding team!

Per Mar Security is currently hiring an experienced security officers with a starting wage at $18.50 an hour in the Mason City area.  Must have security experience. Hours available would be:

PT Sat/Sun 7:00am - 3:00pm

FT Wed-Sun 3:00pm - 11:00pm

FT Fri-Tues 11:00pm-7:00am

FT Mon/Tues 3:00pm-11:00pm; Wed/Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am

Position would begin July 1, 2026.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
