Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

This is a hands-on cleaning position within a manufacturing environment, focused on cleaning high ceilings, overhead surfaces, and structural areas using a scissor lift and backpack vacuum. This is different from traditional janitorial work and requires someone who is comfortable working at heights, around industrial machinery, and performing physical work throughout their shift.

Requirements of Industrial Ceiling Cleaner:

• Comfortable working at heights and operating a scissor lift (training provided).
• Comfortable working around large manufacturing equipment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on labor preferred.
• Physically capable of standing, reaching, and performing overhead cleaning for extended periods.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow equipment operating procedures.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Shift Available - 6:00am to 2:00pm (Friday & Saturday) - Sunday occasionally as needed
