Job Skills / Requirements

Requirements of the Custodial Team Lead:

  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred but not necessary
  • Customer facing, strong customer service skills required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Time: 1:00pm to 9:30pm

Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 to $19.50/hour (based on previous experience)
