Job Skills / Requirements

Security Duties:

Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses

  • Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems
  • Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure
  • Extensive walking (down stairs only) and scanning check points
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Foot Patrol
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building-to-building next door)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-10:00pm 

Education Requirements (All)

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

MD Guard Card

This job reports to the Operations Manager

This is a Part-Time position Weekends.
