Job Skills / Requirements

Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Schedule: Flex availability required for one selected shift

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:00PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00PM to 10:00PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00PM to 6:00AM

Note: Flex Officers are needed for each shift. Applicants only need to have availability for the shift they select.

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years old

Position Overview

We are looking for reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, your role will involve providing security services at assigned locations, conducting patrols, and ensuring safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols
• Monitor and report activity, report suspicious persons or activities
• Write detailed incident and activity reports (DARs)
• Enforce site-specific rules and policies
• Respond to emergency situations as needed
• Monitor and control access points and inbound/outbound traffic
• Provide customer service and support to staff and visitors
• Identify and report safety hazards and security risks

Qualifications

• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to follow site-specific rules and post orders
• Ability to write clear and detailed reports
• Professional and reliable demeanor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
