GATEHOUSE & PATROL SECURITY OFFICER

Bonita Springs, FL | Part-Time

20 Hours/Week | $21.00/hour

We are seeking a professional Gatehouse & Patrol Security Officer to provide security services at a luxury residential community in Bonita Springs. This position combines gatehouse access control with routine security patrols and requires a professional, customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.

SCHEDULE

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 20 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior security experience preferred
• Valid Florida Security D License required
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Staff the community gatehouse and monitor access
• Verify residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitors
• Conduct routine security patrols throughout the community
• Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures

Pay: $21.00/hour

Hours: 20 hours per week
