SECURITY GATEHOUSE OFFICER

Punta Gorda, FL | Very Part-Time

Saturday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.05/hour

We are seeking a professional Security Gatehouse Officer to provide security services at a private community in Punta Gorda. This position is stationed at the gatehouse and is responsible for monitoring access, assisting residents and guests, and maintaining a professional security presence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior security experience preferred
• Valid Florida Security D License required
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain attentive while working independently
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Staff the community gatehouse and monitor incoming and outgoing traffic
• Verify access for residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitors
• Follow community access and security procedures
• Monitor and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures

Schedule: Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $19.05/hour
