Job Skills / Requirements
Job Title: Fire Watch Security Officer
Location: Sanford, NC
Schedule:
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Security Guard License (Required)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous walking patrols to identify fire hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor designated areas and immediately report fire hazards, emergencies, or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate fire watch logs and incident reports.
- Ensure emergency exits and fire access areas remain clear.
- Follow all site post orders, company policies, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a professional and alert presence throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends, Friday, Sat, Sun | Full-Time | 32HRS.
