Job Skills / Requirements

Pool Attendant / Floating Patrol Officer

Location: Dingmans Ferry Area

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time

Hours: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and professional Pool Attendants/Floating Patrol Officers to join our team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with schedules determined based on operational needs. The primary responsibilities include monitoring the community pool, checking resident and guest badges, and conducting routine floating patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure compliance with community rules and safety guidelines
• Check resident and guest badges to verify authorized access to the pool
• Maintain a visible presence to promote safety and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct routine floating patrols throughout designated community areas
• Observe and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, rule violations, or maintenance concerns
• Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation
• Respond appropriately to incidents and notify supervisors when necessary
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests

Required Qualifications

• Previous security, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
