Unarmed Security Officer      

Location: Belpre, OH     

Job Type: Part-Time     

Available Schedules:

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 11:00pm to 7:00am | 24 hours    
• Tues-Thurs 3:00pm to 11:00pm & Sat&Sun 7:00am to 3:00pm | 40hours

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour     

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Unarmed Security Officer to provide overnight security at a busy manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the facility to ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Conduct routine inspections of doors, gates, windows, and other access points.
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity or security incidents.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be able to:

• Obtain an Ohio Guard Card (training available).
• Obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, pre-employment physical, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Demonstrate strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
• Work independently while remaining alert throughout overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Schedule

• Overnight shifts
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Employees are expected to work holidays when they fall on their regular scheduled shift.
