Schedule: Monday: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM. Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 AM-7:30 PM Thursday 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Pay: $21.25 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Luxury Retail Security Officers to support a high-profile retail environment at The North Park Mall. This role blends strong security awareness with elevated, client-facing service in a space driven by style, energy, and exclusivity.

You are part of the experience. Your presence should be confident, aware, and adaptable—maintaining control while matching the pace and culture of a modern luxury retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong, visible, and professional security presence
  • Engage with clients in a confident, respectful, and approachable manner
  • Monitor the environment to identify and prevent potential risks
  • Support loss prevention while preserving the in-store experience
  • Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or disruptions
  • Enforce policies with consistency and professionalism
  • Complete accurate and timely reports
  • Maintain a sharp, clean, and on-brand appearance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current or prior military experience, or college education in the security field desirable and a minimum of 1 year commissioned experience.
  • Must possess a valid Texas Level 2 - Non Commissioned registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed
  • Ability to provide reliable transportation (or access public transportation) to consistently get to and from work on time is required.
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels within the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player.
