Armed Warehouse Security Officer – Grand Prairie, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Officer to support warehouse operations in Grand Prairie, TX. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience with security screening procedures, including wanding.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a valid Texas Level III (Commissioned) Guard Card
- Minimum of 2 years of security experience required
- Prior armed security experience required
- Must have wanding/screening experience
- Strong customer service skills required
- Must have own armed duty gear (duty belt, holster, and firearm/weapon)
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security presence at warehouse facility
- Conduct security screenings using handheld wand devices
- Monitor access control and enforce site policies
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors
- Respond to incidents and complete detailed reports
- Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times
