Job Skills / Requirements

Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Douglas, AZ

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Friday: 12:00 am – 8:00 am (Overnight / Graveyard Shift)
• Saturday: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am (Swing Shift)

Part-Time: 16 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services in the Douglas, AZ area. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide unarmed security services at assigned locations
• Conduct patrols (vehicle and/or foot) as required
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor premises and report suspicious activity
• Write detailed incident and activity reports
• Follow all company and client security protocols
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security concerns

Requirements:

• Must possess a current and active Arizona (AZDPS) Unarmed Guard Card
• Prior security experience required
• Flex, mobile patrol, or multi-site experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work overnight and swing shifts
