Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Schedule:

• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and highly experienced Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer to provide security in a high-end retail environment in Las Vegas. This role requires a polished presence, strong situational awareness, and the ability to interact professionally with clientele while maintaining a secure atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Prior armed security experience (required)
• Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card
• Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card
• Must own a firearm and all accompanying duty gear
• Background in luxury retail security, law enforcement, or military strongly preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for upscale retail settings
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain alert

Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible armed security presence within a luxury retail setting
• Monitor for suspicious activity and prevent theft or security incidents
• Deliver discreet, customer-friendly security services
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
• Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary
• Complete detailed incident reports

HS Diploma

Certification Requirements (All)

Nevada PILB License
