Job Skills / Requirements

Location: Houston - River Oaks District

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour        

Schedule: Part-Time Tuesday - Thursday 8:20 am -6:45 pm

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Armed Luxury Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations in the River Oaks District and surrounding areas. This role combines a strong security presence with concierge-level customer service to ensure a safe, welcoming, and refined shopping experience.     

Officers must be adaptable and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and appearance at all times.     

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence
• Deliver concierge-style customer service while ensuring safety and loss prevention
• Monitor store activity to deter theft and security risks
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Enforce client policies and procedures
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times

Requirements

• Valid Texas Level 3 Guard Card (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of luxury/high-end retail security experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
