Job Skills / Requirements

ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Floater

Location: Morgantown & Reading PA Area coverage

Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Floater Officer to provide coverage in the Morgantown and Reading, PA areas. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Active ACT 235 certification (required)
• Must possess a Level 2 holster
• Must own a firearm
• Prior armed security experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (must be able to commute between Morgantown & Reading)
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security coverage
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security threats
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
• Follow all company and client security protocols
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately

HS Diploma
GED or H.S. Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Driver's License
PA ACT 235 License
License to Carry a Firearm
Personal firearm ownership
