Seasonal On-Call Overnight Security Officer

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Location: Irwin, PA and surrounding areas in Westmoreland County

Position Type: Seasonal / On-Call (Overnight Shifts)

Schedule: Overnight availability required

On-call schedule with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Description: We are seeking dependable and alert Security Officers for a seasonal, on-call overnight assignment. This position involves maintaining a visible security presence in designated areas and monitoring surroundings during overnight hours. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and remaining stationed for extended periods while staying attentive and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Conduct routine patrols as needed
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or incidents
• Maintain accurate logs and reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors
• Respond appropriately to situations as they arise

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable personal transportation (required)
• Ability to remain in a vehicle for extended periods while on duty
• Previous security experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts on an on-call basis
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
