Job Skills / Requirements

Security Site Supervisor

Location: York, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a facility in York, PA. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage personnel while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Site-specific details will be shared during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead on-site security personnel during assigned shift
• Ensure all post orders and security protocols are followed consistently
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and security staff
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, activities, and shift operations
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of security staff
• Enforce company policies and maintain professional standards at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous security supervisor experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with access control systems and surveillance equipment
